  • Does the company offer meaningful technical support?

  • Number of domains/subdomains allowed per license
  • Refund policy
  • Are other programs required to make the directory run?
  • Number of available extensions and plugins

  • Live demos of front-end and admin functions
  • Support for articles
  • Support for third-party maps
